Performed with digital spectrometer and anti-mixing controls

Required to determine wire strength, percent elongation, percent necking and yield strength
HB HARDNESS TEST
Performed to determine hardness of raw or annealed products
METALLOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION
Performed to determine steel internal structure and check surface decarburization
